I just completed EPA cert, and I am studying and preparing to purchase a recovery/recycle machine. I am looking in the $500 range, but I cannot determine if any equipment in this price range can recycle. Is there an affordable way for me to stay compliant and have this capability?

I doubt in that price range you'll find a recycling machine. Most will be recover only. Unless your planning on doing a lot of A/C work just recover and exchange the tanks when full. -

I would suggest, talking to the A/C supply house in your area as to prices for recycling used refrigerant or proper disposal. ,Comment
