schraider valves behind high and low pressure switches on 1993 toyota corolla R134-A?

does anybody know if there are schraider valves behind pressure switches on 1993 corolla ?

It is hard to say, I looked on rockauto's website and it shows a male thread with an O ring seal, so I would guess, no but I very well could be wrong. If it had a 1/4" flare female I would guess yes, but that is not the case.

I don't think one year changes anything.

From what I can see it is a simple pressure switch and not a transducer. Switches like that seldom fail intermittently, they tend to be all or nothing, not work sometimes and not others. It wouldn't be my 1st guess as to what is wrong. You are really going to need a circuit diagram and a meter to check out what is happening when the compressor turns on a off.
Do you have any history on the vehicle and its problem? When was it last recharged? did the problem come on suddenly or has it been getting steadily worse over the course of time?
