Welcome sinu: Would you please state a model year, make, model and just which "flow sensor" you wish to bypass and why you want to do that?Tom

OK - If this is a chronic problem by an era of Toyota vehicles there should be a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on what to do about it I doubt bypassing things is the answer rather a design change of the thing. There's a couple guys at another site I'm also at that come up with TSBs all the time found at > http://autoforums.carjunky.com/ < which is also a sign up site/forum the two are from Florida see a lot more assorted vehicles and have access to those if any and can post them for what the fix is which is very unlikely to be bypassing anything,
